Shipping Information

We ship sponge candy year round! 

We want to make sure your chocolates arrive to you or your gift recipient in beautiful condition, every time. Our shipping team takes extra time and care to make sure your chocolates are beautifully packaged. To ensure that your chocolates arrive safely and ready to be enjoyed, we pack each box in a special insulated bag and require you to add our cold pack guarantee to your cart. If you decline the cold pack guarantee we can NOT be responsible for it melting.

For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the warm weather months, we only ship via UPS 2nd day or Next day. For these occasions we will only ship 2nd Day UPS orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and UPS Next Day or Priority overnight on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (in order to prevent your chocolates from sitting on a hot truck over the weekend).

Be sure to send your order to a location where someone will be able to receive it immediately.  Even with insulation and cold packs chocolate melts when left outside!

When Will It Arrive?
Post Office deliveries are taking longer than expected. They do not guarantee a delivery date and Fowler's can not guarantee a delivery date. 

Our standard shipping services are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will be fulfilled in 3-5 business day during Peak Holiday periods and 1-3 business days in off holiday periods and then delivered in 4 to 7 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days) depending on how far away your shipping location is from our factory. Select UPS Ground or 2nd Day if you need it there sooner. 

We do not currently ship to APO Boxes.

Need It Sooner?
Two-day and overnight delivery services are available; but we can not deliver to a PO Box for next day or second day. Please choose these options when selecting your shipping preferences during check out. Deliveries are made on Business days only. If you order Two-Day priority or Overnight, be sure to calculate arrive time using business day (Mon.-Fri.), not days of the week.

Other Shipping Details
Fowler's is not responsible for late shipments due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Liability for shipment delays due to non-weather related conditions will be limited to a refund of the shipping costs, unless of course, you didn't pay any. Fowler's is not responsible for packages misdirected after delivery. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment.
