Sesonal Considerations
During the summer months, the temperatures throughout the United States create an additional challenge for the successful shipment of fine chocolates. To ensure that your chocolate arrives in the fine condition you expect, an insulation layer and an ice pack are placed within each parcel.
From October through April, available shipping options include ground delivery, 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Options for shipment to warm weather states (including AL, AR, AZ, CA, FL, GA, LA, MS, NM, NV, SC, TN and TX) include 2nd Day and Next Day Air.
From May to September, available shipping options within New York State include ground delivery, 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Shipment to all other states is handled by 2nd Day or Next Day Air.

Shipping Reccomendations & Specifications
Fowler’s will ship parcels exclusively via Federal Express.
Next Day Air will be shipped between Monday and Thursday. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Thursday, will not be shipped until the following Monday.
2nd Day Air will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Wednesday, will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Ground Service will be shipped between Monday and Thursday. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Thursday, will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Regardless of the season, we suggest that someone be available at the shipment address on the expected delivery day (shipment to a business address when possible is recommended).
We ship only to the Continental United States. (lower 48)
