Fowler’s has been the leading maker of Buffalo’s authentic and original Sponge Candy since its founding in 1910. Throughout its 105-year history, the company has grown in both reach and size, boosting its sales locally, nationally and internationally through its new retail store openings as well as its e-commerce website, which have successfully increased sales by 300% since 2011.

Fowler’s has operated out of its 100 River Rock Drive factory since 1994. Advancements in technology and production have allowed the company to transition from a seasonal maker of Sponge Candy to a year-round production facility making more than 35,000 pounds of Sponge Candy annually.
