European Truffle Assortment

A delicious assortment of truffles made using a European technique, where we first make the outter shell, then add in the ganache center, and finally seal off the bottom with more of the outter shell. This allows for a high percentage of center.

4 Ganache center flavors are included in this assortment - 3 in Milk chocolate (Champagne, Vanilla, Cinnamon) and 1 on Dark chocolate (Espresso).
